What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard only), Electronic Money Transfer (via Online Banking - Bill Payment), and PayPal payment (purchase less than $500). We accept bill payment through the following banks: Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Royal Bank of Canada, Scotia Bank, TD Canada Trust, and National Bank of Canada. We also accept electronic payments through Credit Union Central of British Columbia, which includes credit unions in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, as well as Canadian Western Bank and Citizens Bank of Canada. Xpress Canada does not accept overseas credit cards at this time.

I just made my online bank payment. When can I expect my order?
Please note that banks take up to 1 business day to process a transaction. Therefore we will not recieve confirmation of your payment from the bank for up to 1 business day. Once we recieve this confirmation we will process your order. If the item is in stock it will ship that day. If it is not in stock, we will update you with an ETA as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with a UPS or Purolator tracking number and information on how to track your order online.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, simply email us with your Online Order# and Member ID#. Please include your reason for requesting the cancellation. To ensure that your order is cancelled in a timely manner.
If your order is shipped prior to receiving your cancellation request, shipping charges will not be refunded to you.
What if I'm dissatisfied with an item I've bought?
We require the original Xpress Canada's invoice for all returns or exchanges. Customers may send us a copy of their invoice instead of the original.
All products to be returned or exchanged must have their complete original packaged materials including any manuals, printed materials, disks, and cabling. All returned goods must be in resalable condition, inspected and approved by our staff.
There is no exchange, refund, or credit, on select items. Some items have specific sales conditions. For example, on printer exchanges, the customer will only receive an exchange on the printer, not the ink cartridge/toner. Please refer to your invoice for more information.
After 14 days from purchase, Xpress Canada will only accept defective products for warranty service (warranty policy click here). There are no refunds on new, used, opened, unopened, or defective products after the 14 day period.
Note: There are no refunds on labour, installation or shipping charges. |
